We had a to suffer a wee bit of attempting to traipse through the village but the bimbling hordes in their period garb (though clutching smartphones and other anachronicities) made it very difficult. Despite not understanding bincolulars I think Amos managed to work out why they're useful when used properly during one of the flypasts.
