Cafe Charentais!

I meant to take a photo of my girlfriends and I out having lunch today, but after a glass of Champagne totally forgot! This though, is from the next table, twenty girls were having lunch. One of them owns the local Cognac distillery, inherited from her parents and she provided the cups and Cognac for their Charentais coffee.
So this is what you do. Pour a good measure of Cognac into the specially designed saucer, it has a lip on it for pouring. Pour cold coffee into the cup. Set fire to the Cognac, it will heat the coffee as it burns. When the flame goes out, pour the Cognac into the coffee, add sugar and drink!
