Holiday Gnome

The squirrels waited in a very long line to get a chance to whisper their special wishes in the Holiday Gnome's ear. Squirrel Clan knows from experience that this Gnome has a direct line to the Big Jolly Guy, so each year they caucus and agree on three 'group wishes'. They've learned that it's better to work as a group instead of individually, at least for this task! What were those three wishes? I have no clue, they didn't whisper in my ear.
