Today I wanted to get some folks in their routines - this is a walker's overpass that connects to the UW campus and when I noticed the gentleman in the beret and his flowing coat I got as close as my lens would let me from the street below. There is a young woman to his left and it seems she is getting a mini-lecture, but who knows, perhaps he is a big old flirt!
