Is it a Petronus?

There's always one house in the neighborhood that goes all out with it's Christmas decorations. This one is just round the corner. They've made such an effort and I thought it had to be blipped. The Stag at the back of the display did remind me of Harry Potter's "Petronus" in the third film. (HP fans will know what I'm talking about! - the rest of you won't have a clue)
