Sutton Hoo tower

The Sutton Hoo site has seen a lot of developments in the past year, and this tower will allow visitors to view the burial ground and get a new perspective on the scale of the Anglo Saxon site.   In the foreground can be seen an image on a screen of the excavations in 1939, when the ship burial, believed to be of King Raedwold, was excavated and huge numbers of treasures found.
