The eagle-eyed among you will spot that the side window of the library is boarded up. The result of a break in last night.
Not much taken. They took the top part of the till but left the cash drawer. Not noticeably bright.
Of course the real damage is the mess and the cost of repairs. There is still glass in the carpet of the children's library so that will be closed till at least Friday though the main library is open again this afternoon.
