Spinning bike, spinning bike, spinning all the way

Getting a wee bitty festive at Peak classes today. Before Spin class this morning we were treated to a rendition of “Spinning bike, spinning bike, spinning all the way” by Mrs Claus with classmates encouraged to join in the chorus. At this afternoons Fit4Life class we were treated by Stuart’s Christmas song collection and exercise by numbers during the warm up where two 5s in a row caused utter confusion and jolliment..
