Fading light

The lightbulbs are fading on my S on display in the lounge fireplace. Pretty apt as I feel as if I’m fading fast on a downward race towards Christmas with work deadlines on a relentless pace.

Working long hours, barely time for chores and feeling like I could hibernate for a month. Hurry up 20th December!

Some good news today... my Nan has returned to her care home after a brief hospital visit with pneumonia. Hoping I’ll be able to visit soon with my mum.
