Farewell

Today was the funeral of my dear friend Ute. She was the most optimistic, friendly and charming woman you can imagine. M. and her son were best mates in primary school. She was struggling with cancer since years and went through lots of therapies, but in the end the cancer won!
Hundreds of mourners have accompanied her to her last resting place. An impressive sign of how popular Ute was.

M. was very sad that he couldn't take part, but he was still in hospital for more investigations. They couldn't find a reason for his problems, but they have found a much too big slpeen. He left the hospital in the late afternoon. He can wait at home for more results. AND he will be able to celebtrate his birthday the next day at home. That are reasons to cheer up :-)
