The Sun is Born...Greeting the Morn

Finally...I was rewarded for getting up.

It was so surprising...
to see the orb arising.

It lit up the sky...
as I exclaimed..."OH MY!"

I had to pick my spot...
to shoot the rising dot.

The sun...it made my day...
as she put out her rays.

The only problem? 

I hate to complain and snort...
but does it have to be so short?

Why can't it last for more than 15 minutes?
