Heddin's Ford, Hednesford

This was the first geocaching/pub/football day out with Rick since we went to Telford in mid-September. It was a bit cold and wet this morning so we didn't do a great deal of walking and we happened to pass this pub while looking for a couple of caches in Hednesford. The Heddin's Ford is the first micro pub in the town and there was a friendly atmosphere so it proved to be a pleasant place to spend an hour or so before the game.

The football itself wasn't particularly inspiring in very cold weather and the goalless draw, against Hednesford Town in the FA Trophy, means a replay on Tuesday night.
