Berberis dawinii

The first flowers have appeared on my Berberis dawinii bush. Many of the leaves had started to turn multi-coloured autumn colours and I wondered if it was going to flower this year.

Unless you're looking at this on your mobile this will look much bigger than it is. The flowers are about pea size and the holly like leaves are so tiny.
