Birthday Gift

A family event delayed the publication of my blip yesterday when I reached my 78th birthday and we held a family celebration,  The day started early when one of my daughters sent me this lovely bunch of flowers as she was away working and would be unable to join us. The rest of us gathered at Castle Drogo on Dartmoor to enjoy the Christmas celebrations and then a lovely meal in the dining room. befor we all then moved on to Ashburton for high tea.

A wonderful day all round
