Fine Day

Managed to walk down to Pilates today so progress is being made.

Richard picked up Stephen from York station. Planning to have a birthday meal tomorrow with two out of three sons and Richard. Tom is busy with coursework deadlines so we will catch up when he is home for Christmas.
