Tiny Tuesday: Twinkling

Carol Dunham has set "twinkling" as the theme for today's TT blip.

"How can one show twinkling with a still image?" I asked myself. Then I photographed this optical illusion from my computer screen. The whole image isn't tiny but the twinkling lights are. It's best viewed large for maximum effect...don't give yourself a migraine, Carol, by looking at it for too long!
