RUIN

In the summer you can drive past -within about 15 metres- and not see this ruin because it is so hemmed in by encroaching scrub. It formed the upper limit of our site survey today.

Like yesterday, we got a good soaking.

If you are wondering where this is, it is the middle of no where and it takes a long time to get here.

Note:
If you are a frequent "flyer" it is well worth paying the lump sum for a 30 trip book of tickets for Corran Ferry. The book has a shelf life denoted by ticket colour. I have been caught out in the past handing the book over and being told that colour had expired (and needing to buy a fresh book) but you only need to do a handful of trips to be in "profit"; not an absolute disaster if you bin the book with 10 tickets remaining.

My return voyage tonight saw the last ticket being torn out of the book so that has worked out well.
