The pink ornament

This iconic piece of 70's glassware was my mum's. I've never really known what to do with it, except to know that I should hang on to it! When these teeny tiny lights arrived today (for my mini tree) they were in a pack of three. So at last I have found a use for the pink ornament - fill it with pretty coloured lights. It's striking, if nothing else!

It's been a long work day, and a night of wrapping and packing as there's much I need to post. I am too tired to comment tonight but have sprinkled some sparkly, twinkly stars across all your lovely pics. Teeny tree in extras, was a bit delicate for me to do too much weaving with the lights! It looks ok from a distance!
