Looking out to Wan Chai

Martin and I both had doctors appointments today so spent all day in town.

Martin’s was to see the cornea specialist who has given him meds and drops to help with his corneal haze. It’s all looking brighter for him.

Quick lunch, errands, and then on to my appointment which was to see the oncologist/radiologist with regard to radiation therapy.

Our appointment was at 3pm and we only got to see the doctor at 6:20! Needless to say I was glad Martin was with me otherwise I would have gone stir crazy!

We’ve established that I’ll stay at Queen Mary for treatment as opposed to a hospital that is a bit closer but not by much. As I’ve gotten to “know” Queen Mary I’ve opted to stay here.

They’ll let me know soon when I can start, but looks like in the new year, so I can enjoy Christmas without having to worry about that. All good.

Finally made it home around 7:30 for an 8pm worship practice. Joyful. And then I baked a cake for tomorrow.
