All lit up

I’ve been to London today to wish my colleagues happy Christmas.

The trains were delayed and when it arrived the heating wasn’t working.

One of my colleagues had lost his cat on Monday. We spent time discussing his loss. I had hoped to leave early to look for Christmas lights but I didn’t leave soon enough.

As I crossed the Thames several of the buildings have special lights on their roof. Even the Shard was lit up.

HtP met me from the train. It’s always nice to see a friendly face.

My colleagues in Edinburgh have been out for their Christmas social. They have shared photographs of them looking glamorous.
