Tennent’s Murals

There was an indoor orienteering event at Glasgow Caledonian University in the evening, so we decided to go early and look at some of the murals for which Glasgow is famous. Sadly the early sun faded to rain in the afternoon so it was a bit dark for the new ones in the centre. The Tennent’s brewery which started in 1556 and which has produced bad beer and lager for that long has some good murals on their walls. I’ve made a collage of 4 of these; all good. The orienteering was excellent; 4 buildings, 9 floors and only limited ways between the buildings on 2 levels only. I don’t know how far I ran / walked but I took 44 minutes so it’s somewhere between 3.5 and 4.5 Kms I would guess.
