Out of the water

Did not want to be ABSTRACTED from the water (Irish sea) today so did not attempt to travel to the 5 nearest recommended stores. All searches from our home base to eg. Homebase send us across the water to Northern Ireland not allowing for the 100 mile journey £100 ferry and a days travel.
So having selected a product at a land based store tried an on line order which was not possible as item was not in stock at the store so tried a telephone order not permitted to take card payments come to the store to order then return to collect after its arrival still a double 100mile journey with a plus 100 mile current diversion.
Catch 22 squared. Why bother.
But at least we have a slightly obtuse Abstract Thursday
