woke up with a raging - headache to beat them all - realized i was 2 days - behind on injecting my new medication - since dealing with the pulled - muscles and resulting pain - in my neck and shoulder - i’ve totally lost track of what day - it is so didn’t register - i needed to inject - sigh....
