christmas rose

a fair bit of rain about this morning which made it fun sorting out the bunny and refilling the bird feeders! Blue skies did follow but I fear the downpours may be on their way back! And this rose is determined to try and flower despite it being December!

had a nice evening over at a neighbours last night with 3 other families from the road so it was good to catch up as everyone seems to be out and about all the time so it's very rare we all get to catch up! And there may have been gossiping about other neighbours going on too which is always amusing!

Didn't get much sleep last night - socialising has that effect on me! - so today has been a quiet affair - a bit more pressie wrapping, a bit of a clearout of boxes and cupboards and lots of sofa sitting!
