SOB - Division Finals

As was the case last trip, Thursday is finals day. Six, three-set matches (18 games total) take place throughout the day. Different than last trip was the start time, 8:00 am instead of 11:30. This allowed some of the matches to conclude before it got too hot. I have gotten pretty good at capturing images of the athletes doing volleyball stuff in a straight on manner after 23 trips, but I rarely get to try something different as I need to get those “normal” shots in the short amount of time I’m allotted. The expanded playing schedule today gave me the chance to experiment a bit and allowed me to capture this image during the Division 2 Men’s Final.
