Time

These guys have taken some hammer today. Three focaccia bakes, a loaf ready for the oven in the morning, four types of pulses cooked off, a minted rice salad made, and carrot hearts cut. I've also got a cooked Savoy cabbage. I cooked it too much to make dolmades - hence the rice salad, that was to be the stuffing - so I might serve it cold with sesame seeds and an oil dressing. This is all for a family lunch tomorrow. No son because he's working; I'll feed him on Christmas Day when I'll be satisfying a more carnivorous diet.
