Green Gables #Sheffield

In Sheffield today and so many interesting subjects, eventually settled for David on a gable end in Charles Street.

The work of art on the side of the Fit Property building on Charles Street has been created by Sheffield-based artist Chris Butcher, who has been doing graffiti and street art for more than 20 years.

Chris, 31, was approached by Ashley Tate, who owns Fit Property, to do a painting of the company's logo on the side of the building. But Chris told him he'd rather do his own style of work and would charge him nothing if he gave him free reign on the wall.
