Lock down

The supermarket opened at 9 a.m. today but I didn't get there until nearly half past.  There weren't many cars in the car park and I got my usual spot.  It filled up very quickly but I got all I needed and was at the check-out and all my purchases on the belt before 10 a.m.

JJ and I took a turn around the wood, which is very gloopy and tricky under foot, then back home for fresh bread and soup.  He's now out cleaning his car.

Yesterday's river crossing is now closed along with a number of other bridges in the area.

This old lock hangs off a gate that leads into the horses paddock but is of no use whatsoever.
