The Same or Maybe Another

Since we have quite a few Red-shouldered Hawks around our neighborhood, this might or not be the same Chilly Toes from my blip a couple of days ago. I was walking Maica in a light rain when I spotted this one sitting all fluffed-up on the very top of a light pole. I took a few shots and then came back sans the dog and in my car to get this photo.
