Sweet Chestnut

Today was spent fixing curtain rails in daughters house.  Modern houses are so difficult to get strong fixings in and the previous ones had simply pulled out of the plasterboard linings.   Pictures of a hole in a wall are not very inspiring so these few remaining leaves on this sweet chestnut tree, won the image of the day.
