Family Tradition

I have a confession to make:  I drink “snaps” frequently. But a rather low frequency – at Midsummer and Christmas.  My father introduced snaps he flavoured himself and I have tried to pick up that tradition.  This year I will offer my Christmas guests to choose from these three.  Wormwood, Sloe and to the right, a mix of ginger and chilli.  Of course, I’ll have to filter that mix first.  What can go wrong?
