One Crowded Hour

...the coastline shacks at Wedge and Grey are 'recreational' shacks along the coast north of Perth.
A shack can be many things but in Australia it can refer to a small holiday home with limited or no conveniences...ie water or electricity.
The 'shacks', some 350 of them,  at Wedge and Grey were built by farmers and fishermen on Crown land between the 1950s and 80s.
In 2011 the government recommended the shacks be torn down as the environment would not sustain increased growth and shack licences
would expire.

Judging by the "saved' on this ute's canvas canopy all is well for the shacks on the coast.
Lucky them!
