MERRY CHRISTMAS.....

..... could not believe my eyes late today - the baby Blackbird from early this month has grown, and here it was on the fence "playing Santa"!! 

Not only that, but it was whistling out Christmas Carols wishing you all a Merry Christmas!

So another Christmas Day done and dusted, AND it started with some rain! Yes, about 7am a quick burst for about three minutes and that was it, BUT at least some rain.

A super day with our son, ending tonight with talking to Alice and Hayley and family while they are celebrating Christmas in Rome! How lucky eh!!

Trust you all have/and had a wonderful family day with plenty of cheer.

The weather at least allowed some reprieve for the firies to at least have a little bit of Christmas cheer.... but mostly it seems they pushed on with more setting up of containment lines ready for the return of 40 deg C plus temps and wind again over the weekend and early next week.
