After soaking mulling spices in rum for the best part of the day, ladies and gentlemen, I give you the mulled rum negroni.

It's now 7pm on Christmas day, and today has been fairly relaxed. I've walked the dog twice, caught the Sally Army band in the street, cooked the Boxing Day dinner (we're having Christmas day tomorrow), made trifle and wrapped the presents. Yes, we're nothing if not disorganised but really chilled about it. Basically, if helps if you don't give a monkeys about any of it.
