Horsing around

Much welcome invite from the Müller friends to their Christmas party for the mainly horsey folk 6 helpers connected with the small "ranch" they have built up this year. We were 13 in total, sadly the 14th was unable to join us as he was in hospital following emergency surgery a couple of days ago. Gute Besserung Walter.

Was a lovely evening. Not having eaten anything all day, I was starved & only after the tables had been cleared of the mass of equipment needed for sufficient raclette machines & all the ancillary bits, did I realise I needed to take a photo. However, the "gemütliche" part was just as good as the excellent food and meeting two very interesting new couples.

One of them have just returned to the area after living in Portugal for last 14 years - "missing the seasons" despite the less than winter weather we are experiencing. However, the opportunity for me to talk Blip - he was a Tornado co-pilot until retirement in 2004 and so I was able to show him some of the Blips of our own CBImages, once Tornado pilot. Think he liked Chris' borrowed "Back Seater" photo from March.
