Devil dogs ......

Meetings all day, home too cold to run outside saw did a wee 5k on the treadmill.

Then walked the dogs, but its working after running 180 miles since September the weight is finally starting to go in the right direction.

This is the first time ever I've been lighter in January than in December.

Hooray!!!!!
