CHRISTMAS DAY

We started the day with....
# a buck fizz breakfast!!!!! The Rev had already left to do his ward rounds at the hospital.
Mum came down at 9:15 and collected me M&O and we went off to St Christopher’s hospice for our Christmas act of giving. It really is a lovely experience and fits in so well with our family.
#We moved furniture, laid tables and sorted out crackers and wine.
#O was quite happy in the kitchen this year.
#6 hours later we had served 50 people a tasty Christmas lunch, had a few difficult conversations but also lots of laughs.
It was lovely to see a group of young muslins come to offer presents and cards to the patients and staff.
In the evening we enjoyed a relaxed time watching TV and munching through a delicious spread ...thanks Mum and opening a few presents.
A very successful feel good day.
