Allium

Possibly an onion that has gone to seed in a big way. This is growing in one of the allotments. Not ours although we do have a three foot high spinach plant in ours. The bees seemed to quite like it. Extra shows the light on the water early this morning when we went for a pre-breakfast walk before it got too hot. Many thanks to BikerBear for hosting.
