My embroidery

I didn't manage to get a blip today as I wasn't out. I spent the afternoon playing around with my embroidery. This is a photo of the textures in the background material. I cut out my curtains this evening and started to sew them but I must be going doally as I keep making mistakes and have to unpick so seem to spend most of the time doing that.
Today wasn't as nice as yesterday as we got no sun and it was very cold with some snow threatening.
