First of the Bike Club runs, which only emphasised that the excessive consumption and inadequate expenditure of Christmas hasn't really been addressed by a few runs to work.

Freezing cycling today which was really helped by a failed front brake and two punctures. Such joy.

A wee beer and a slump with some crap telly seems justified.
