314/365: Mistley Heath

On the one-week anniversary of having the pleasure of suffering the first puncture in what seems like forever (1,500 miles on mountain bike + another 500 on road bike without), the second appeared. The trouble with stopping by the side of the road to carry out repairs at this time of the year is the lower temps, so to avoid a chill setting in, I carry spare tubes and this time no need for Beloved to be called bout again, I'd learned from the last incident!

Three rides in three days though!!
