Son Huw took a notion to make a yule log on Christmas Eve and, having comprehensively raided the baking  and other larder supplies,  tailored it to meet with my approval. It did.

It's also garnered over 200 likes from the Mushroom Foraging UK Facebook group, a sure sign of its verisimilitude at the very least.
