Leftovers

Emergency blip as no plans to do anything today apart from sort stuff out, and use up leftovers.  Lots of bits of cheese left of varying types, so cheese toastie came to mind.  Looks terribly unhealthy (and probably is), but boy did it taste good.  The “black bits” are actually cranberries which were in the Wensleydale, and there is also mature cheddar, Yorkshire Blue and Red Leicester with garlic on there too.  Low cholesterol food on the menu for tomorrow!
