At 150 Holborn. Which will be: "a new 185,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme at 150 Holborn for international consultancy Dar Group. The new nine-storey landmark HQ,  will replace a current 1980’s office block and incorporates ground floor retail and an adjacent residential block comprising 13 apartments".
I had to go to see Simon in Hatton Garden to get Penny's engagement ring mended and passed this en route. 
I also realise - shock horror Maurice, that i have a problem with my converging verticals or it may be horizontals. I have no idea how to put this right. So I will have to work on the basis that it "adds character"!
