Owhiro Bay near Wellington, NZ.

We spent several days in a delightful Bed and Breakfast in Owhiro Bay when we visited Wellington in 2008. Later at home I painted the Bay after a picture and I must say that the color of the water could be exactly like this, depending on the clouds and sky.
Had to think of this Bay this morning when reading Tiny Tussock’s journal and looking at a map to find out where he and the Boss had done their countless staggers.
Here the day did not offer much photography opportunities, as it was grey and wet. We visited friends for a little card game.
