Boots

I have photographed this boat before but there now seems to be some activity going on.  Firstly the green tarpaulin, then there was the faint sound of a radio coming from somewhere, although it might not have been from this boat, but then the boots made me convinced something is happening.  I think it will take a huge amount of work to make this boat seaworthy again.
