Another cloudless day

The sun is shining and so many folk enjoying the water, we decided to go for a jaunt on the lake after a light lunch. I had my first swim of the summer down at The Outlet and after an initial gasp, it was just beautiful. We relaxed a while in the sunshine, before doing a circuit of the lake and enjoying the scarlet of the last pohutukawa blooms. There were many camped at Hot Water Beach and a great line up of boats and folk just around the bay enjoying the peace, the fishing and the summer sun (extra).
