Ready, Steady, Cook!

As this morning has mostly been about baking. I thought I would take a shot before the mess, which is me trying to bake, began. Two hours later I have something resembling a sponge cake.

As we are going to a 'pot luck' brunch tomorrow for a friends birthday I thought I would make an effort and get the oven warmed up before work started this afternoon.
