Long exposure and effects on a Police car

I was out and about and i caught this image it shows the decals without the rest of the car slightly interesting image and i was just going to try a few more when i was accosted by the police and treated like i had commited a crime by shooting there car .They took my details checked for warrants ect the whole nine yards even searched my mem card .
