Good Walk

The forecast for today has been good for the last few days, so we had it earmarked for a good walk; one that would otherwise not be possible in conjunction with usual chores and errands.  It didn't disappoint.

In an hour we can be at Kinlochleven and on the path to Loch Eilde Mor from the edge of the village. I had previously told Mrs SJR of the walk and she approved of the choice. Archie thought it was terrific. Sub 10km doesn't really tell the story. There is a good 1000 plus feet of ascent and views to sparkling lochs and some of the finest Lochaber mountains.
Blip tells me this is a notable blip number for me, as well as the last post of the year.
